Busy Girl

So I have been extremely busy for the last month or so . Trying to sort a few things out πŸ™‚Β

When I can , I will share that info with you all πŸ™‚

Health wise . I have been up and down . I have found a new way to cope with my back problems, although I don’t recommend that anyone with my issues tries it . I have been asking Rob to “pop my back”. By this I mean grab my upper body , arms included (so I’m standing straight and he’s grabbing me around my chest area) , and pick me up off the floor . My whole spine seems to pop and release the pain for a temporary time . It’s been helpful these past few weeks , but I’m not entirely sure that it’s safe . So please don’t try it !!

Panic attack wise , I have been on and off . I seem to be getting pains first this time though . My whole back , hips and legs go painful , to the point I have to take a couple of Zapain to just relieve it a bit . But it never completely goes away . I then tend to have small panic attacks for roughly 10 mins and then they go and just leave me feeling drained :/Β

It has been very strange , but I am ok . I’m here . I’m alive and I’m happy right now Β πŸ™‚ Even if I am battling illness a bit more often right now . I’m trying to keep a positive and open mind πŸ™‚

To start with I am looking into spiritual healing ! It’s an option I would like to try πŸ™‚ On Friday I am going to a Spiritual church to look into it all and hopefully get a reading too πŸ™‚ I will keep you all posted on that πŸ˜€Β

  1. Hope you feel better soon. Within the past year, I’ve started going to a non denominational church. It’s the spiritual approach and I absolutely love it. I want to be there. I actually enjoy church and look forward to going the following week. I hope you like it. Let us know what you think about it, please. Would love to know. I think you will love it. We meditate and talk about interesting things like forgiveness, acceptance, awareness, how we respond, how we react. That was the topic last Sunday. Everyone is very friendly and no one is pressuring me to do anything. I wish you the best on your journey. Take care. πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you πŸ™‚ This is something I have been interested in for a while . I don’t have any religion as I don’t know what to believe . Everything is very confusing for me . But being spiritual , it helps πŸ™‚ I love getting readings and messages . I love the thought of being open minded about the possibilities etc etc . But most of all , I love how loving and open the people are πŸ™‚ It’s the support I need the most right now . I will do a blog about Friday and let you all know πŸ™‚ x

      1. Thank you. I”ll be looking forward to reading your post. I really think you’ll love it! I was raised Catholic, but I’m not a very good Catholic and I find it rather boring, to tell you the truth. When I first started going to this church, One Sunday they were talking about religion vs spirituality and they were saying that some people keep going to their Catholic church or wherever and go to this Unity Church, as well. I’m perfectly fine with just the Unity Church. Like I said, I love it there. Everyone is so friendly and no pressure to do anything. They have a lot of fun activities and some things are at no cost and others they just ask for a love offering, whatever you can afford. I love that because otherwise, there would be many times I wouldn’t be able to participate because I am now on permanent disability. So, on that note, I hope you enjoy your visit to the new church tomorrow. Take care and have a good day! πŸ™‚

  2. Huggggg. I am trying to keep positive through my illness too. I am Catholic and my faith has saved me from ending my own life. Hope you’ll find strength and healing too!

  3. Did you make it to the new church on Friday? I’m anxious to see what you thought about it. Take your time, as I’m sure blogging isn’t the only thing you have on your plate. I’ll be waiting patiently. Hope you’re doing okay today. πŸ™‚

      3. I guess I better look again because I didn’t see it, but I am about half blind. I’ll see if I can find it and then wait patiently for the longer version. I’m having a problem with typing a long message and it all of a sudden vanishes before I’m done and I haven’t hit the send button, yet! I hate it when that happens. Take care. I”m on my way back over to your blog. πŸ™‚
