    1. I buy ‘treats’ for after lunch . I like a dessert after food so I buy rice crispie squares or slim fast choc bars . Just something to kick my sweet tooth . But today I have pigged out . I have no idea what I’m stressed or worried about but something is making me comfort eat and I hate it :/

  1. I don’t know if this will work, but you can try conditioning yourself. say something like, ” Junk = Trash” or … just place something healthy like an apple next to where you keep your junk food and pick that up instead. But you’ll have to make sure that you’re well-stocked 😉

    1. I was thinking of replacing the junk with fruit , slowly . So have some strawberries instead of a slim fast bar or a banana instead of something else . But buying the junk along side and slowly coming off them lol
      So I don’t miss it too much .
      Just hate comfort eating ! I do it and it helps in the moment but afterwards I feel urgh and fat lol x
