  1. Pure DBT. (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I use it every day. My personal opinion is that DBT helps with everything, from coping with Cancer, to managing depression and dissociative disorders.

    It’s a tool, but it’s not necessarily a cure. Thank you for the link.

    • I have decided to give it a go ! I’ve tried a few things which help short term but this does look like it could help along with them 🙂
